Product Description
Alcor pin on muzzle thread Adapter
So you bought an Alcor 223 and found that the muzzle is not threaded. Bummer
You also find that the super tall and strange front site is not needed when you run an optic so it's not needed.
We've got a solution for you, Unscrew the front sight post (a couple of flat head screws) then pop this bad boy over the muzzle. then pin, weld, glue, epoxy, braze whatever in place
Once you do this, you'll get the 1/2-28 thread pitch you want without any expensive gunsmithing services, shipping and such.
Essentially the situation is you want to put some muzzle threads on your Alcor 223 in a diy type situation.
You get:
(1) one thread cap thingy
Difficulty:
1 out of 10
Tools needed:
die
die handle
thread cutting lube, fluid ( I use rapid tap)
medium sized flat tip screwdriver
