The M-LOK Hand Stop Kit serves as a light weight, low-profile M-LOK slot index point for improved weapon control, or as a forward stop to prevent the shooter’s hand from reaching the hot front sight assembly or muzzle.
The kit includes one M-LOK Hand Stop, one M-LOK Index Panel, and one M-LOK Rail Cover Type 2 for the individual user to configure their kit as they desire. Also included in this kit is an adapter for use with Magpul M-LOK equipped polymer Handguards/Forends as well as other wider profile aluminum hand guards.

Nice piece
This hand stop will adapt to most handguards thanks to the supplied adapter and different length screws. Just be careful if you are using a slim handguard as you might not be able to mount the hand stop directly below the gas block without filing the mounting screws (this was my case with TNA Super MLOK rail and TNA Micro profile gas block combination). My only complaint is that the space between the two hand stop panels is a bit small if you have big hands or wear gloves. I might try getting another type 2 cover and reversing the index panel but would have liked to have this option out of the box.
