Product Description
This is a low-profile, lightweight M-LOK handguard for the AR-15/M16 platform. It is a free-float clamp-on design that looks freaking bada$$. You get a Picatinny rail on top and 3 MLOK rails on the sides/bottom.
It is a 1-piece design that requires the removal and changeout of the barrel nut with the nut that is included. The clamp-on design means that you don't need to time the barrel nut. A 1-1/16" wrench or ideally a crow's foot will be required to tighten the new barrel nut to a torque of 30-50 foot pounds.
Features: Super lightweight Super low-profile Octagonal profile Anti-rotational QD sockets on the side Picatinny on top, M-LOK on the sides and bottom Anodized aluminum body (except Flat Dark Earth, which is painted) Steel barrel nut 40 × 51mm (W × H) along most of the body. Clamping area adds 12mm to height. Inner diameter is 34mm.You get: (1) Handguard of the specified length (1) Steel barrel nut (1) 4mm hex key You need to get separately: AR-15 receiver Compatible with: AR-15/M16 upper variants that use a standard barrel nut M-LOK-attaching picatinny rails M-LOK direct-mount accessories Picatinny accessories for the top rail WK180-C -- just unscrew the factory handguard and clamp on this one (no barrel wrench required). Newer model WK's are very tight and it is recommended to still swap the barrel nut if you have issues MCR - Will work but is very close. May need some dremeling where the piston cup slides back and forth Not compatible with: AR-308 Tools required: 1-1/16" crow's foot wrench, barrel nut grease, upper vice block, and torque wrench strongly recommended. Note that the standard AR-15 armourer's wrench will not work with this barrel nut, you need a 1-1/16" wrench that is narrower than 13mm (½") such as our crow's foot wrench. In a pinch, a strap wrench might do the job if you're ok with not measuring the applied torque. Installation Tips: When you take the handguard out of the box you'll find the barrel nut inside the handguard; an easy way to get it out is to loosen the clamping screws, then screw your receiver a couple of turns into the barrel nut and then pull on the handguard.Product Videos

Good for light use
This hand guard is of serviceable quality and aesthetically fits perfectly with a Lockhart Raven build. Be aware that it has both no anti-rotation mitigation and nothing stopping it from slipping off the front other than friction.

Best Handguard
10/10 would buy another if I had enough money TNA cant ever let me down <3 For such a low price and the amazing quality you don't need to look at any other M-lok handguards this is THE ONE

Perfect Fit on 1st gen WK-180C
Was tired of the ugly short handguard on the WK-180C. Went for the 17" unit which to me is perfect. I used the barrel nut that came with the new handguard, figure it was all apart, might as well use it. Will have to take the handguard off to access the gas piston but 3 allen bolts and you are done. Fit and finish are good, will see how it holds up. All in all - well done TNA.

Very Pleased With Quality-17” Black-WK180C
Lightweight is understatement! This hand guard has material removed everywhere they possibly could have! The finish is exceptional for the price. Completely changed the look of WK180C!! I never liked the short hand guard on the WK180C, now with the 17” hand guard, it looks/feels like an AR variant. Some reviews claim using the original WK180C barrel nut. You can and I did, however, I will be swapping out the original barrel nut for the nut that comes with the hand guard for a couple of reasons. First, the hand guard and picatinny rail do not lineup flush. Second, the WK180C barrel nut is longer and overlaps into the QD socket on the hand guard, both visible. Third, without weighing both barrel nuts, I’m betting the WK180C barrel nut is heavier, being longer out of the two barrel nuts. Fourth, both barrel nuts have flats for regular crescent or open end wrench and do not require timing. Fifth, the original WK180C barrel nut interferes with the QD sockets, as mentioned previously, which requires more force to completely install the hand guard. I’m hoping I didn’t ruin the QD sockets affected, doubtful, but not sure until I replace with the supplied barrel nut. Lastly, it is the correct barrel nut supplied, to be used. Don’t be like myself and others by cutting corners! The WK180C barrel nut is larger and in my mind, not acceptable to be re-used with this hand guard. As mentioned, my hand guard didn’t line up flush after I tried going the lazy route and now I will be redoing it the correct way anyway!!! Just save yourself the grief and do it right from the beginning!!! Other than that, which is a user issue, I’m very pleased I ordered this hand guard, it makes the WK180C look badass, and complete!!! Cheers all!

Great handguard
Got this for a 16" barrel, nice quality, light and easy to install, just clamps on.

So far so good
I just got these in today and installed them. They look great are light weight with a very nice finish (no sharp edges). The only thing that was difficult about the assembly was removing the barrel nut from the handguard but after that it was and easy.

Perfect fit on wk180-c
I bought the 17in clamp on tightening version for my wk180c. I did not need the barrel nuts that the handguard comes with oh, I was able to flip the handguard on to the existing barrel nut. It was actually rather tight, when installing on my wk180c I had to use a AR-15 Hammer with the plastic and to tap it down and it was more than snug. I tightened it down slowly and completely going from left to right and it fits very securely. I love the luck and I love the weight and feel of this handguard on my wk180c. They must have upgrade in any length!

Excellent quality hand guard
No manuals came with it but it is pretty much self explanatory.||Came with the appropriate allen keys.||Install was a breeze, and perfect for my 10.5" AR-15 build. The rails lined up perfectly with the NEA upper that I had. The low profile barrel nut was great, didn't have to time the gas tube - not having to worry if the nut is tight enough and at the same time the tube is not mis-aligned.||Finish on it was awesome.

Great Hand Guard
Hand guard is sturdy and easy to install. Quality and finish are comparable to hand guards twice the price.

Beat expectations
Alot beefier than I thought and not flimsy whatsoever. Doesnt have any anti rotation device but a bit of retaining compound on the barrel nut Has been just fine.

nice rail for the price
Another nice cheap product from TNA. Looks and functions just nice. Installed easily on a TNA upper and MLOK accessories that I tried yet fit just nice. I don't have a micrometer on hand to check specs but the picatinny rail on top looks just a tiny bit out of specs (too small) as it won't line up perfectly flush with the upper receiver's rail. My MBUS sights would fit tight on the upper but would slide pretty loose on the handguard. However, once tightened they are rock solid and there really is no issue with function. These rails may not be as "wow" as their 3-400$ counterparts but for a fraction of the cost, it's a no brainer! Will probably buy again for my next build.
