You need to get separately: WK180-C Gen 1 or 2 5.56mm or 7.62x39mm rifle Compatible with: WK180-C Gen 1 or 2, 5.56mm Gas System, TNA 7.62x39mm Gas System
Notes for Installation:
Installation needs to happen with a screw totally closing the gas holes.
The diameter of the what is under sized allows the gun to cycle a 5.56 round a little softer than the OEM gas valve. Gasses bleed by the valve and can cycle due to gas block variables by the manufacturers.
If more gas is needed, open the ports up.
If you want a zero gas situation, use Loctite or a gasket sealmaterial (like our Permatex product) on the valve in front of the holes.
The first screw will cover the holes to set the gas and the second one is used to jam against the first to hold the position from walking off.
Screw the valve in all the way to the bottom, then back out so the hole is 1/2 covered. Get the gun to cycle where you want then back out 1/2 turn. thread in the second screw to lock the first one.
When you need to adjust you will unscrew the second screw all the way out, adjust the first screw and when happy put second back in
Ideally you want to have the carrier just cycle and lock back on empty mag and no more.
Tighten the valve into the gas block Finger Tight only
On some systems it still may cycle when fully closed due to tolerances of all the systems this covers. This will still offer much less gas than the OEM system supplies.
Please Note: Gas system not included.
