Tools required: Nope, some people use a special tool but it's optional
Installation notes: The detent spring isn't too strong, just use your fingers and the pin.

Get the two detent springs while you're at it. I did, and I have no springs left!

Keeps pins in place just fine
Fits perfectly in any mil-spec AR lower receiver and does its job of keeping the pivot and takedown pins in place. It's worth getting extras of these little pins, so that a build day isn't ruined when one goes flying away by accident.
