    This is an OEM mil-spec snap ring to hold the delta ring + weld spring combo in place. This part has special contours and thus is not recommended to be replaced with an off-the-shelf snap ring from your local hardware store.

        Invest in Those Split Ring Pliers

        Definitely a snug fit. Have the pliers on hand so you don't have to go for a drive to the Hardware Store out of frustration like I did!
