Shipping Issues

  • Please report any item shortages or mistakes within 5 calendar days of delivery.
  • If a shipment to you comes back to us undelivered for a wrong address, refused, or not picked up from the post office, we will re-ship at your request with actual shipping costs charged to you. We reserve the option to cancel and refund less shipping costs.
  • In the event of a shipment delayed or seemingly lost in transit you may request that we pursue an investigation with the carrier until the shipment is delivered or declared lost. Items will be re-shipped only after it is clear that the shipment in transit will not be delivered
  • There are NO guarantees on delivery times and no refunds will be issued for late packages.

Refunds

Pre-Orders, sales of Firearms, ammunition, reloading components, receivers and/or special items are not eligible for refund.

A store-credit can be issued for non-controlled items only. TNA reserves the right to issue store-credits to eligible customers only.

Other product refunds are done on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

No refunds are to be issued for late packages.

  • Regulated goods (guns, upper and lower receivers, ammo, reloading components etc.) are ineligible for refund/return.

Returns

Since every customer, product, and situation is different, we handle all satisfaction deficiencies on a case-by-base basis. Please contact us before returning items.

In general, if we made a mistake, we fix it. If an item is defective out of the box, we help you get warranty work or replacement by the manufacturer/brand. If you changed your mind or are not satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a refund or exchange, subject to conditions:

  • Must be returned by the original purchaser, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, saleable, with original packaging. TNA reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • Items that are perishable, altered, customized, special ordered, or offered as "final sale" are ineligible for return.

After receipt of your item(s) at TNA, please allow up to three (3) weeks for processing your return and credit back to your method of payment.

Some refunds and/or returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
