I've bought several of these over the years from different vendors, and they've all been great. They can be installed with or without the foam pad, depending on what you're using it on.

Great stock
I didn't buy mine here, and as a result paid more elsewhere. Great stock, light, looks great, and very solid. If you want a fixed stock, I highly recommend this one.

I've wanted one of these for ages, for a super minimal build. Seriously good quality Ace product built on a billet tube. Short tube threads that are buried after installation. No messy castle nut. Rock solid and comes with a rubber butt pad for a decently long LOP. Floats MY boat....
