Installation Difficulty:
Tools required: Head space gauges, barrel extension tool torque wrench, file, possibly a chamber reamer
Installation notes: This is not for the faint of heart. You need to align the feed-ramps to the gas port and attain correct chamber length all at the same time. This means lots of hand fitting, filing, sweating, swearing and beer. I cheat and machine a new gas port once the chamber is sorted to remove one variable at the cost of a lot of repairing.
