Cherry Red instant hardening compound will take your mods and gunsmithing to the next level. Cherry Red instantly hardens steel parts, without the need for special heat-treating equipment. 

Quickly and easily impart a hard case to steel tools, gears, machined parts, blades, and other many other parts.

Cherry Red is non-flammable and does not contain cyanide.

How To Use this stuff:

1. Thoroughly heat the part you want to harden with the compound to a cherry red colour. Be sure the part you intend to be hardened is completely heated through for best results.
2. Coat your heated part in the Cherry Red compound. Ensure all the surfaces you wanted hardened to be covered. The compound will begin to blister, this is how you know it's "hardening". Reheat part to a cherry red colour again.
3. Quench part in water, oil, or just let it cool off on its own. Brush off any excess compound you see. Cherry Red is water-soluble, meaning any excess you want to get rid of, can be removed with water and a little brushing.
