Shim Kit for Muzzle Devices (AAC)

Product Description

This kit of shims from Advanced Armament in the USA is an alternative to using a crush washer to correctly orient your muzzle device.

• 1/2" version - 0.750" OD × 0.500" ID
• 5/8" version - 0.750" OD × 0.625" ID

Included shims:

• 0.008" white
• 0.010" yellow
• 0.012" green
• 0.015" red
• 0.020" blue
• 0.031" black

Installation Difficulty: 

Tools required: The appropriate wrench for your muzzle device

Installation notes: On a 1/2"-28 thread, you get about 10.08° of rotation per thousandth of an inch of shim. On a 5/8"-24 thread, you get about 8.64° of rotation per thousandth of an inch.
